 5-8 business days: Orders are shipped to a street address only and require a daytime phone number. Delivery of items in stock normally takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders may ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately.

 2 business days: We offer rush service on in-stock items only, for delivery in 2 business days to the 50 states (back orders ship ground) when order before 11:30 AM ET, Monday - Friday. Please call if you have questions. Not available for P.O. Boxes. Some heavy and oversized furniture items are excluded. Please contact us if you have questions.

 We ship furniture and extra-heavy or oversized items within the contiguous U.S. Most require additional shipping charges, which are listed after each product price.

 Certain products ship ground at a special reduced rate, which is indicated near the price line. All pens ship ground for a flat reduced rate of $6.00. Ink cartridges and other refills ship free (excluding bottled ink).
